1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below when they appear in relation to CH 777 and its services.

• "CH 777" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at ch777.online, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and account services offered therein.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on CH 777 or who accesses the platform with the intention of using its services.
• "Account" means the personal account registered in a player's name, through which all transactions, bets, and game play at CH 777 are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total PKR amount held in a player's CH 777 account, comprising real money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional amounts credited to an account by CH 777, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player directly, excluding bonus credits, which may be withdrawn subject to verification requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it is eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to the suite of player-controlled limits and controls available within every CH 777 account, including deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

CH 777 provides gaming and betting services to eligible individuals. Before registering, please confirm that you meet all of the following requirements.

CH 777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason. Account creation does not guarantee approval of withdrawals or bonus eligibility until verification is completed.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

CH 777 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a standard requirement across all regulated gaming platforms and is in place to protect both players and the platform from fraud and identity theft.

When requested, you must provide the following documents:

• A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or NICOP for overseas Pakistanis — both sides of the document must be clearly visible in the uploaded image.
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits — for example, a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash transaction history showing your registered mobile number.
• In some cases, a selfie holding your CNIC alongside a handwritten note showing the date and "CH 777" may be requested for identity confirmation.

CH 777 will aim to complete verification within 2–5 business days of receiving all required documents. During this period, your withdrawal request will remain pending. Withdrawals are not processed until KYC is successfully completed. Providing false or altered documentation is grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4 Deposits

CH 777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a different person — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

CH 777 does not charge fees on deposits from the platform side. Any charges levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside CH 777's control. The minimum deposit of Rs 500 applies across all methods except IBFT and card payments, where the minimum is Rs 1,000.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• The account must have completed KYC verification (see Section 3).
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fulfilled before the bonus portion of a balance can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the CH 777 account. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are not permitted.

CH 777 aims to process Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay withdrawals within 3–10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within the same business day. In some cases, particularly for first withdrawals or larger amounts, additional verification may delay processing. CH 777 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet are separate from and not controlled by CH 777.

Withdrawal requests that remain unprocessed beyond 24 hours should be reported to CH 777 support via live chat. CH 777 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending investigation if fraud or policy breaches are suspected.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

CH 777 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered at CH 777.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be staked in qualifying games before a withdrawal request will be approved on those funds.
• Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting, esports betting, and other wagering activities conducted through the CH 777 platform.

• All bets are placed in Pakistani Rupees. The minimum single bet is Rs 100 unless otherwise specified for a particular market.
• Once a bet is confirmed on the CH 777 platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review your selections carefully before confirming any bet.
• CH 777 reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of a technical error in the published odds — including odds that are significantly out of line with market consensus due to a system fault.
• For live in-play betting, CH 777 may suspend markets at any time during a match. Bets placed before suspension are not affected; new bets may not be placed while a market is suspended.
• If a sporting event is postponed and rescheduled, bets will generally be carried forward to the new date. If not rescheduled within a defined period (typically 48 hours for most sports), bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a match being abandoned before completion, specific settlement rules for each sport will be applied. Generally, bets on completed elements of a match (e.g., a completed first half) will stand, while bets on the full match outcome will be voided unless the official result has already been determined.
• CH 777 limits or maximum winnings per bet, per day, and per event apply as set out in the betting section of the platform. Players who consistently win at a rate that suggests match fixing, insider information, or coordinated abuse may have their accounts reviewed and, if warranted, restricted.

8 Casino and Game Rules

The following rules apply to all casino games, live dealer games, crash games, slots, and card games available on the CH 777 platform.

• All Random Number Generator (RNG) games at CH 777 use certified, independently audited algorithms. The outcome of each game round is independent of previous rounds and cannot be influenced by CH 777 or by the player.
• Live dealer games operate with physical cards and equipment under studio supervision. Results are determined by physical game outcomes and are not subject to RNG systems.
• Crash games at CH 777 use provably fair systems where the multiplier sequence for each round is cryptographically determined in advance. Players may verify results after each round using the provided verification method.
• In the event of a technical fault mid-game — including disconnection, server error, or game crash — CH 777 will use available game logs to settle the round. If game logs are insufficient to determine a fair outcome, the round may be voided and the stake returned.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at CH 777. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balances.

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one CH 777 account per person, whether under your own name or another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse: Any deliberate attempt to exploit bonus structures, including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to receive welcome offers multiple times, hedging bonus bets, or manipulating wagering requirement calculations.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

CH 777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of the following: breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud, or any other conduct that CH 777 determines to be harmful to the platform or to other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by the contact details on the account. During suspension, access to the account and all transactions will be frozen until the investigation is complete. CH 777 will aim to resolve investigations within 15 business days, though complex cases may take longer.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their CH 777 account may request closure through the live chat support team. Accounts with a real money balance will have the balance paid out to the verified payment method on file, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened on request, unless the account was originally linked to a self-exclusion commitment, in which case reinstatement is subject to the applicable cooling-off period.

11 Responsible Gaming

• CH 777 is not liable for losses arising from interruption of service caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet service outages, mobile network issues, or device failures on the player's end.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Continuing to use CH 777 after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you may request account closure as described in Section 10. CH 777 recommends reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute with CH 777, the first step is to contact our support team via live chat, providing your account username and a clear description of the issue. CH 777 will respond within 5 business days for formal complaints. Most issues can be resolved at this stage without further escalation.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution process specified in the platform's licensing documentation.
